The Best Advanced SARM Bulking Cycle
An example of a very productive advanced SARM bulking cycle is outlined below:
Week 1-6: LGD-4033 10mg per day dosed once per day in the morning
Week 1-6: RAD-140 30mg per day dosed once per day in the morning
Week 1-6: MK-677 25mg per day dosed once per day at night pre-bed
Week 1-6: YK-11 10mg per day split into 2 doses per day… First 5mg dose in the morning and second 5mg dose at night
Week 1-6: 1 Pill Arimi-RX PCT (Androsta) dosed once per day in the morning
Week 7-12: Ostarine/MK-2866 25mg per day dosed once per day in the morning
Week 7-12: S4 50mg per day split into 2 doses per day…. 25mg in the morning and 25mg at night
Week 7-12: MK-677 25mg per day dosed once per day at night pre-bed
Week 7-12: YK-11 10mg per day split into 2 doses per day… First 5mg dose in the morning and second 5mg dose at night
Week 7-12: 1 Pill Arimi-RX PCT (Androsta) dosed once per day in the morning
(PCT) Week 13-16:
- Week 13: Nolvadex – 40mg per day, Clomid – 50mg per day
- Week 14: Nolvadex – 40mg per day, Clomid – 50mg per day
- Week 15: Nolvadex – 20mg per day, Clomid – 25mg per day
- Week 16: Nolvadex – 20mg per day, Clomid – 25mg per day
The doses laid out aren’t set in stone by any means, but these are pretty standard doses for each compound in the cycle.
More advanced researchers can likely experiment with a higher dosage if their subject is side effect free to get an even greater result.
The premise of this cycle is based on the theory that the body starts to acclimate to anabolics after a couple months, and rotating anabolics out for different compounds at the 6-8 week mark keeps “the body guessing” so to speak.
I have always noticed great results when I rotated anabolic compounds at the 8 week mark, and typically anything longer than that time frame of continuous use resulted in plateauing results. However, I am on TRT so I have a constant base of Testosterone running through my system, so I can get away with longer cycles with zero side effects. My bulk cycles tend to last upwards of 16 weeks.
For someone who isn’t on a Test base, I typically wouldn’t advise going past the 12 week mark on a cycle, because the longer you are functioning with suppressed endocrine function, the more likely you will experience low-testosterone related side effects.
Hence, why I have chosen to rotate the anabolics at the 6 week mark in this proposed advanced bulking cycle, as opposed to the 8 week mark.
Keep in mind; it is quite likely that a high level of suppression will occur with a cycle like this, so a “mini-PCT” probably won’t suffice for quick recovery.
It isn’t recommended to utilize a cycle like this until you have several cycles under your belt and you have ideally maxed out the results you can get from more conservative cycles.
More is not always better, and if you are a newbie to SARMs then considering a bulking cycle designed for newbies would be your best choice.
