CHEST AND DELTOID CATACLYSM WORKOUT

Exercise 1: Incline Hammer Strength Machine Press (targets upper chest)

  • Do 10-12 reps with perfect form
  • Do 4 sets and go to failure on the last set (as many reps as you can do)
  • Do a drop set right after the 4th set where you decrease the weight by 50% (half of whatever you just hit failure on the last set) and burn out the muscle and do as many reps as you can until failure.

Exercise 2: Pec Deck Machine Fly (targets chest)

  • Do 10-12 reps with perfect form
  • Do 4 sets and go to failure on the last set (as many reps as you can do)
  • Do a drop set right after the 4th set where you decrease the weight by 50% (half of whatever you just hit failure on the last set) and burn out the muscle and do as many reps as you can until failure.

Exercise 3: Shoulder Press Hammer Strength Machine (targets anterior delts)

  • Do 10-12 reps with perfect form
  • Do 4 sets and go to failure on the last set (as many reps as you can do)
  • Do a drop set right after the 4th set where you decrease the weight by 50% (half of whatever you just hit failure on the last set) and burn out the muscle and do as many reps as you can until failure.

Exercise 4: Dumbbell Lateral Raises (targets lateral delts)

  • Do 10-12 reps with perfect form
  • Do 4 sets and go to failure on the last set (as many reps as you can do)
  • Rest for 60 seconds after your fourth set, and then surf the rack after your 4th set where you grab dumbbells 5 pounds lighter than what you just failed with and do as many reps as you can to failure, followed by another drop in 5 pounds and as many reps as you can do to failure, followed by another drop in 5 pounds and as many reps as you can do to failure, etc. until you are down to only 10 pound dumbbells and your shoulders are burning like hell and there is tons of blood in there stretching the fascia

Exercise 5: Reverse Pec Deck Machine Fly (targets posterior delts)

  • Do 10-12 reps with perfect form
  • Do 4 sets and go to failure on the last set (as many reps as you can do)
  • Do a drop set right after the 4th set where you decrease the weight by 50% (half of whatever you just hit failure on the last set) and burn out the muscle and do as many reps as you can until failure.

How To Get The Most From This Workout

Make sure to do this workout once per week on its own day.

Use lifting straps on the dumbbell lateral raises to avoid wrist discomfort (if needed).

Warm up your chest and shoulders/rotator cuffs adequately prior to beginning the first exercise to avoid injury.

    I just want to ask about your toughts on cutting, saw your 3 month cut , what compounds did you use beside trt?

    I am starting a 16 week cutting cycle and my main goal is not to loose minimal muscle/strenght. My goal is under 10% bodyfat..

    I have been thinking about tren but i dont know if that is to much, as i probably wont lose any muscle with a sarm and test. Previously i did cutting cycle 500mg test 12week , anavar 50mg 8w, s4 8 week and lost 20kg and kept most of my strenght/muscle, But then i was much fatter than i am now.. but i was very strong i did almost 300kg deadlift, 250 kg squat so i was really bulky not only fat lol. But i did not get under 10%. But Now i have a much lower fat% so my starting point is much better for getting to under 10% fat level.

    Either thinking this:

    Test e: 250mg 1-16
    Tren e: 300-400mg 1-12
    S23 30mg 1-8

    (what i have read is that higher tren and lower test gives less side effects, than if i would choose like 500mg test and 200mg tren)

    Or just cut out the tren and only do test e and sarms? what do you think, and if so sarms and test what dosages?

    Test e: 250mg or high dose 500 mg? 1-16
    s23 30mg 1-8
    Rad 30mg 8-16 (or any other sarm/sarms?)

    Will also be using clen 40mg to a max 80mg for max 8 weeks. And probably will be using a little ephedrine.. maybe dnp. I dont care about hair loss etc.. already using your protocol and will maybe add finasteride also 1,25 if i decide to use tren.

    Full pct will be used anyways with clomide, nolva and hcg.

    1. T3 and MK-677 (hunger side effect had worn off as I was coming off of a bulk where I was already on it for several months).

      High Tren gives unbearable side effects to some people. Whereas some people don’t have any issues with high Tren and low Test and prefer that and claim it’s the “best thing to do”. The reality is, there is no way to know what will give you the least side effects without experimenting on yourself, as you may respond differently to some compounds than another guy does (very likely actually).

      I know some guys who use up to a gram of Tren (insane), and then I know some guys who literally feel mental off of just 400mg.

      Long story short, you can’t choose what you will or will not do based on what some other guy on the internet experienced who has a completely different body chemistry than you do.

      Finasteride doesn’t prevent hair loss from Tren fyi, it only protects you from hair loss coming from DHT deriving from Testosterone.
