    Hello Derek,

I am reaching out to you today to propose an idea for content for your channel that will benefit you greatly with very minimal effort from your end.

My proposition is that you upload a transformation series on your channel from fat to fit under your guidance/supervision. In other words you provide a meal plan, workout plan, and if need be – the pharmacology and supplement advice. Similar to what you did for Kyle “FPS Russia” but this time around you will get months worth of content because someone will be documenting their experience/journey. This could also increase your credibility even further for your viewers which I am sure will help with your businesses (Marek, Gorilla Mind, etc.)

My name is Alexander Yousif, I am a 6’1”, 285 lb male and if you are willing to create this content, I would love to be the one to create this content for you, in return you just provide me with the tools in order to achieve a fit goal. I will record video every single day with proper videography and would be even willing to sign a contract in order for you to feel confident in this partnership. Simply put, I am not happy nor healthy at my current build and would like to change that. If you could provide me the tools to achieve a fit healthy aesthetic/lifestyle, I would have no problem recording and providing you that content in return. I believe that would be a fair exchange.

If you are interested in this idea, and would like to discuss it further. Please email me back at alexanderyousif@icloud.com

Hope to hear back from you soon!

  2. Hey Derek,

I have a video suggestion that I think a lot of people will like. I think you should do a natty or not over Myles Garret, a defensive end for the Cleveland Browns. He has been “randomly” drug tested twice this season because he looks insane. He is also a top performer in the NFL and has been in two pro bowls.

Pat Mcaffe also talked about him multiple times on his podcast saying he “looks like a professional bodybuilder” but he is more athletic. It would be interesting to see what you think about it.

    Thank you,
    Dalton Ridley

  3. I know this may not be a content idea and you probably get messages everyday but I wanted to try and ask for your help. I’m 5’3 and around 205lbs to 208lbs (the heaviest I’ve been was 225) and I’ve been trying to get in shape for a while now but to be honest I don’t really know what I have to do. I’ve lifted weights on and off ever since I was little but my eating habits have always gotten in the way.

I just wanted to see if you could tell me what I should do specially on the nutrition side which is what I most struggle lol. And if you need pictures to assess the situation I have a couple pictures I can show you as well. I hope you can help me out.

  4. Hey Derek,my names JL(prefer not to post me full name), I am 15 years old, and I believe the pre workout I have been taking recently contains some form of anabolic steroids, sarms or other research chemicals, since coming off of said pre workout over the past week I have noticed a steep decline day by day in motivation and appetite, I was in the gym the day before yesterday and noticed I wasn’t as clued in, I wasn’t as sharp and motivated, since yesterday my mental health has taken a steep decline (no suicidal thoughts I have just felt like shit) as mentioned above I am 15 years of age and I fear for my development as a man, if you could email me with advice it would mean a lot(the owner of the company that made the pre workout was recently convicted of disguising his supplements as safe and steroid free when in reality they contained anabolic steroids, sarms and other undisclosed research chemicals)I really need your help , JL

Derek why is there no folic acid in your Gorilla Mind Nootropic? It has been shown to completely neutralize the effects of MTHFR C677T genotype in correlation to choline need at doses of 800mcg+ and since that is a dose that is never harmful why isn’t it there especially if you have C677T yourself? It is weird to me that you never have mentioned that you supplement Folic acid, would like to know your thoughts as to why

Folate intake and the MTHFR C677T genotype influence choline status in young Mexican American women

Video idea because it could be useful for many microneedlers and minoxidil users:
Tretanoin or White soft paraffin and its effects on hair growth and how it increases the efficacy of minoxidil

  7. 1. Should I take Gorilla mode pre-workout for aerobic exercises, eg. running?

    2. Would sodium bicarbonate, beta-alanine, beetroot powder, Yohimbine, Rauwolscine, and Taurine (Or any other ingredient I can order online) added with GM Pre-workout benefit exercises and which listed ingredient is redundant? I want the best without taking steroids and dont mind the long dosing periods. Any extra gains are good.

    3. Best ingredients for mild long distance aerobic(4-8 miles)?

    4. Best ingredients for quick short distance aerobic(<3 miles)?

    5. Best ingredients for low and heavy reps?

    6. Best ingredients for high and moderate reps?

    Thank you Hyphy Face Derek
