We have already formulated something incredible for boosting your energy and staying productive and focused all day long, but we didn’t have a product that you could rely on to fall asleep quicker, sleep deeper, recover as optimally as possible, and wake up completely invigorated and ready to crush the next day.

This is exactly what we set out to do with Gorilla Dream, with a little twist.

Gorilla Dream Ingredients - Supplement Facts Panel

Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) (39 mg): Vitamin B6 has an array of benefits, including but not limited to the support of brain function, mood elevation, sleep cycle regulation, and lucid dreams [1,2,3,4].

Magnesium (as Aspartate) (225 mg): Magnesium is an essential dietary mineral that a huge portion of the world is deficient in.

Magnesium is vital to the proper functioning of the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA.

This is what is responsible for hormones like Serotonin that make you feel happy, and the proper management of these hormones via adequate Magnesium intake is a critical factor for promoting a state of relaxation, calming, and ultimately falling asleep with greater ease [5,6,7].

Magensium is also used by the body to create energy, support healthy blood pressure and cardiovascular health, as well as aid in the prevention of osteoporosis and migraine headaches [8,9,10,11].

Zinc (as aspartate and monomethionine) (15 mg): Zinc is an essential trace element that is needed to maintain a high level of health and fulfill basic important functions on a day-to-day basis.

Zinc fights off colds and improves the immune system as a whole, works as an antioxidant by fighting oxidative stress in the body, and supports healthy cell division, consequently contributing to lowered cancer risks [12,13,14].

Zinc supplementation also supports major hormonal pathways by notably increasing Testosterone levels in Testosterone and Zinc deficient individuals, as well as acts as a potent aphrodisiac [15,16,17,18].

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) (500 mg): GABA is a neurotransmitter that is mainly responsible for calming and relaxing the mind.

By reducing the activity of nerve cells in the nervous system GABA supports the reduction of depression, anxiety, fear and stress, as well as promotes mood elevation and improved sleep [19,20,21,22,23,24].

Phenylalanine (375 mg): Phenylalanine is an amino acid that is required for the production of Dopamine, Norepinephrine, Epinephrine (neurotransmitters) and Tyrosine (another amino acid).

Phenylalanine supports the reduction of depression and stress, as well as improved motivation, reaction time, mental focus and energy [25,26].

Phenylalanine also supports the regulation of sleep and wake cycles [27].

Valerian Root (300 mg): Valerian Root is a herb that has been used for hundreds of years to treat insomnia.

Valerian Root works by increasing GABA levels in the brain, as well as inhibiting an enzyme that destroys GABA.

Valerian Root reduces anxiety, stress levels and overall brain activity, as well as lowers blood pressure, consequently promoting far greater ease in falling asleep and achieving a deep state of rest [28,29,30,31,32,33].

L-Ornithine HCL (250 mg): L-Ornithine is an amino acid that supports the reduction of levels of fatigue and cortisol (the “stress hormone”), as well as improved sleep quality [34,35].

L-Theanine (250mg): L-Theanine works by targeting four key neurotransmitters: GABA, Serotonin, Dopamine, and Norepinephrine.

These neurotransmitters are responsible for feelings of attention, stress, arousal, and pleasure.

By mitigating the over-activity of neurons, L-Theanine helps to calm down the brain, reduce stress, and get rid of anxiety [36].

This is why L-Theanine complements stimulants like caffeine so tremendously too, as it takes the edge off of stimulants that can cause jitters and over-stimulation, and also allows you to get to sleep with far greater ease.

L-Theanine also improves memory, focus, attention to detail, information retention and motivation levels [37].

Chamomile Root (175 mg): Chamomile Root contains vital antioxidants and has been used in standardized tea for thousands of years to promote vitality and longevity.

While Chamomile has shown to have a wide array of benefits over the years the main draws of it stem from its’ ability to support the reduction of anxiety and depression, as well as its’ ability to support the improvement of cardiovascular health and ease of falling asleep [38,39,40,41,42].

There is evidence to support that it may even help fight cancer [43].

Mucuna Pruriens Extract (standardized to 98% L-Dopa) (105 mg): Mucuna Pruriens contains naturally occurring Levodopa (L-Dopa), which is an essential precursor to Dopamine.

By supplementing with Mucuna Pruriens one can effectively raise these levels, and in turn improve their stress levels and sleep quality [44].

There is also evidence to support that it can cause a reduction in symptoms caused by Parkinson’s disease, as well as improve overall memory and learning ability in general [45,46,47].

Melatonin (3 mg): Melatonin is a neurohormone secreted by the pineal gland in the brain that causes sleep and regulates sleep cycles.

Melatonin is the main hormone your body uses to help you fall asleep, hence supplementation with it greatly helps reduce the time it takes for you to get to sleep, and reach a deep state of sleep [48,49,50].

Melatonin has also been shown in studies to provide neuroprotective benefits and even exhibit anti-cancer properties [51,52].

Take 3-6 capsules 30 minutes prior to bedtime, or as directed by your physician.

Start with 3 capsules to evaluate tolerance.

New users and females may want to start with 1 or 2 capsules.

Don’t exceed 6 capsules in any 24-hour period.

This product will likely cause drowsiness (obviously), so be sure you are planning to go to sleep after using it, and DO NOT attempt to drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery after taking Gorilla Dream.

In Conclusion

With caffeine addictions, stimulant driven work days, and insomniacs being more prevalent than ever nowadays, having a supplement on hand that you can count on to get you to sleep with ease, greatly enhance your ability to recover, and wake up the next day with a greater level of energy and vitality could very likely be a major key in building your ideal successful lifestyle, and I think many individuals would greatly benefit from a product like this.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you give Gorilla Dream a try if you have difficulty getting to sleep, wake up in the middle of the night often, are not feeling rested after waking up, or you simply want to experience some badass dreams each night.

  1. I noticed your YouTube has been shutdown. Any other place to see your content? I’m sorry about this man, YouTube censorship is getting out of hand.

    1. I saved all of my videos, and fortunately, my best uncensored videos I wrote in article format as well, and can be viewed on this website, just type whatever topic you want to know about in the search bar and you will probably find it.

On the right hand side there is a subscribe box. If you enter your email in there you will be notified every time I publish new content.

I will be uploading to uncensored video platforms moving forward, I will likely create a new YouTube channel once this all dies down, but right now I’m not sure if there is a point as YouTube is going on a termination spree getting rid of anything they perceive as not G rated.

All of my old videos will be going up on BitChute in the meantime, and I greatly encourage you to create an account and subscribe there to stay in the loop:

      Thanks for the support brother.

  2. Hi, the article has no mention about side effects which I feel is much more important to learn about then the benefits. Are there any withdrawal symptoms? Will I develop a dependency on this supplement to have a ‘normal’ like sleep after extended use?

    thanks Mr Deltoid Derek=]

    1. There are no ingredients in this product that would cause a build up of dependence, so there should be no withdrawal symptoms.
