Incels Getting Facial Surgery
My face transformation from fat loss was pretty extreme.
I think sharing mine will help give some of you guys some pretty good insight into just how much of a difference fat and water retention really has on facial aesthetics.
I've come to realize over the years that there are a significant amount of men who truly believe they have horrible face genetics.
Some of these men even think that they need plastic surgery in order to become attractive.
Obviously there are actually cases of guys with blatant structural deficiencies like recessed jawlines, poor cheekbones, odd shaped heads, etc.
In most cases though, the men making this judgment call on their facial aesthetics haven't even seen what they could really look like naturally.
Once you get shredded, you can actually see what you're working with.
A significant portion of the guys who think they have really bad face genetics do not, they just are too fat.
My Body Fat Loss and Face Transformation
Take me as an example.
The picture on the left is of me at about 20%+ body fat, and the picture on the right is me at single digit body fat.
This face transformation was the result an extremely dirty bulk I did, followed by an extreme cut I did where I got really lean.
The weight difference was about 45 pounds in the image above.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the massive difference being lean has on my facial aesthetics.
I'm almost unrecognizable in the before and afters.
I used to be convinced my facial structure was terrible.
It wasn't until I got really lean that I realized that I actually wasn't dealt too shabby of a hand in the genetic lottery.
Get Leaner = Become More Attractive To Women
First of all, you need to realize that in order to get attractive women, you only need to meet the minimum looks threshold that women have.
If you've met their individual requirements, you're not a complete idiot in regards to social communication, she's single and looking to meet somebody, you don't need to be a 10/10 to get 10/10 women, regardless of what you may have been led to believe on PUA forums.
Anytime you see an attractive girl you can almost always assume that they have likely been with somebody who's worse looking than you at some point in the past.
For every attractive woman you see, there chances are extremely slim that every single guy she was with beat you out in the looks department.
So many men think they're so inhibited by their face, but it is almost always because they just haven't ever truly been lean.
They won't eat properly, they won't do cardio, and often they won't even lift weights consistently, but then they assume that they need facial surgery.
Facial Aesthetics Are Largely Dictated By Fat Content
This face transformation is intended to illustrate how extreme results can be achieved solely via body fat loss.
I don't think the majority of men realize how substantial of an impact fat and water retention has on their sex appeal.
It's very rare for a guy to look terrible compared to his former self when he's finally gotten shredded.
Granted, things like acne, skin quality, wrinkles, and other complexion related factors will play a major role on your sex appeal.
But, the meat and potatoes of your sex appeal will be dictated by how lean your face is.
The structure of your face is dictated entirely by fat content.
Get down to a single digit body fat percentage and then make a more informed assessment of your face.
Do not believe that the only way to improve yourself is cosmetic surgery because your perception is that you got the short end of the genetic stick.
More often than not this is not actually the case.
There are countless examples of guys' before and afters that had such average looking faces who all ended up looking great once they got lean.
Here are some of the before and afters of fat vs lean faces:
It's not rocket science, most men can go from ugly to good looking simply by losing fat.
I've lost count of how many guys I have seen online talk about cosmetic procedures like jaw implants, repositioning bones and teeth, and other extreme surgical interventions before they've even tried to get down to single digit body fat percentage one time.
Get lean first and make an assessment of what needs to be fixed, because it's quite likely that you don't need any surgery at all.
Is Getting Plastic Surgery Ever A Good Idea?
I'm not anti-plastic surgery.
If you have a destroyed nose and you look like your face has been shoveled, then yes, consider getting a nose job.
However, “most” people can will look great just by getting lean and they don't realize it.
So please, for the sake of your dating life, get lean once, and then see what you're working with.
Then make an educated assessment afterwards.
At the end of the day, facial aesthetics are king over everything else.
Fortunately, it's one of the easiest things to max out, most guys are just too lazy and uneducated to go do it.
